Walking across the gym and after filling my water bottle. checking out the hot spandex clad girls doing cardio. i head straight the the incline bench. after a couple of warm-up set of 315 for 20 reps. working the weight upto 545lbs and do a couple reps. throwing the weight back on the rack. i see a couple of skinny kids strairig. shaking my head and proceed over to the flat bench. just daring someone to say anything about the weights left on the bar.
